Hi, I'm Bennett.
Golf was my first love, and I've been a student of the game my whole life. My dad gave me that gift, and thirty years later we're still out there together, now as partners in club events. My passion for it runs deep. I could talk golf all day and never get tired of it.
So that's all this is. Not a business, not a way to make money, just a passion project. An excuse to sit down with the players I respect and love, hear their stories, and talk about the game we can't get enough of.
I don't say this to brag, just to show I'm in it too: that plaque is my club championship, the proudest trophy on my shelf. What's next? Qualify for a USGA event, place well in a regional amateur, or just talk golf for the rest of my life. Only time will tell. Golf is my love, my passion.
Meet Charlie.
Before there was a show, there was Charlie. A beagle and dachshund mix we rescued, and the best friend I've had for the last seven years. My wife calls him our son. She's right.
A few birthdays ago, Shelby surprised me by having a logo designed for something called Fink Golf. No plan, no mission, no show. Just a name and a little dog in a flat cap. Custom ball markers, a hat, a towel, the works. Charlie came along for all of it.
So when you spot the dachshund in our logo, that's him. The mascot came first. The mission came later. And he's still the heart of the whole thing.
